There are about 40 people employed at Miklagard Golf during the season. 18 people work in our  maintenance department, including greenkeepers, mechanics and a superintendent.

The administration is the hart of the facilities.  The administration is staffed with a General Manager, a Sales Manager, a Booking Manager, Player Assistants, Starters and a Janitor who has as their main focus to make all members, guests and sponsors feel right at home.

In the proshop there are skilled and serviceminded people employed.

We have two great chefs working in our restaurant as well as skilled and experienced waiters who offer great service to our customers.
