· The course is located 20 minutes North East from Oslo.
· The closest airport is Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) which is approx. 10 minutes.

3. Entry & Registration Deadlines
· Entries close on Thursday 2nd August.
· All competitors must register their intention to play by 1800 hrs on Tuesday 14th August.
· Registration may be done on site at the Challenge Tour mobile office or alternatively by telephone to the Entries Department at Wentworth on Main Switchboard Tel: + 44 (0) 1344 840400, or the Members only line Tel: +44 (0) 1344 840471.
4. Practice
· Official course practice days are Monday and Tuesday, times are listed below:
Monday - 0800hrs to 1700hrs
Tuesday - 0730hrs to 1700hrs
· All practice times must be booked with the European Challenge Tour Office on site or with the club tee time booking office.
· Due to the Pro-Ams on Wednesday there will be no practice available.
· The practice range is located 100 yards left of the 18th green.
· Please note that the practice of woods is allowed to the right of the range.
· Practice range opening times are 0630hrs until 1hour after the last match has finished.
· Practice bunker and chipping green are located to the right of the Driving Range. The putting green is located near to the entrance of the Clubhouse.
5. Pro-Am
· There will be two Pro-Ams arranged on Wednesday 15th August, morning and afternoon.
· Two shot gun starts will operate at 0900hrs and at 1430hrs.
· 24 Teams will compete in the morning Pro-Am (12 CT players and 12 NGF players will be required).
· 22 Teams will compete in the afternoon Pro-Am (10 CT players and 10 NGF players will be required).
· The teams will be comprised of 1 Professional and 3 Amateurs.
· A prize giving will take place in the clubhouse after play has finished for each Pro-Am.

7. Transport
· There will be a shuttle service between the official hotel and the golf club.
8. Caddies & TROLLEYS
· There are no local caddies available at this event.
· Trolleys will be available free of charge.
9. Locker Room & Bag Storage
· There will be very limited lockers available.
· The locker room will be open between 0600hrs and 2300hrs.
· Luggage storage will be available in the locker room on Sunday.
· There is no bag storage at the club, players are requested to take their clubs to their hotels.
10. Players' Lounge
· The players' lounge will be a tent outside of the restaurant area.
· There will be computers available in the players' lounge with internet access.
· The lounge will be open between the hours of 0700hrs and 2100hrs.
· A buffet will offer salads, pastas, meats, deserts and a drink for approx. €10
11. Medical
· A doctor will be on call for the duration of the tournament.
· The local hospital is 7 minutes away.
12. Prize Money & Banking
· The Tournament prize money will be paid from the European Tour Office at Wentworth following the event.
· A Prize Money Breakdown is attached for your information.
· There is no withholding tax for this event.
· We would like to remind players that Norway is Norwegian Krona.
