Practice

Offi cial practice days are

Monday 13th of August 08.00 to 17.00

Tuesday 14th of August 07.30 to 17.00

All practice times must be booked with the European Challenge Tour Offi ce on

site.

Practice range opening times are 1 hour before 1st tee-off until 1 hour after

last player fi nishes his round. The same restrictions applies for the short hole

course/training facilities.

Pro-Ams

There will be two Pro-Ams arranged on Wednesday the 15th of August.

One starting at 09.00 and the other starting at 14.30, each with approx.

24 teams and shotgun.

The teams will be comprised of 1 professional and 3 amateurs.

A prize giving dinner will commence in the clubhouse after play.

Transport

A transportation service between the hotel (Thon Hotel Gardermoen) and the

course will be available, mainly covering the transportation needs of players

to the course in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon after play.

will be available at the hotel and on the players information board

at Miklagard Golf Club.

Caddies & trolleys

There will be no caddies or trolley pullers available from the club. Trolleys will

be available (approx 100) free of charge. Players arriving with cars are asked

to bring their own trolleys.

Locker room & Bag storage

There are no bag storage or lockers available during the tournaments (due

to that the lockers are private). The normal locker rooms will be used for the

tournaments. There will be luggage facilities available for Sunday the 19th of

August.

Medical

A doctor will be on call for the duration of the tournament

A chiropractor will likewise be on call for the duration of the tournament

First aid equipment will be available in the clubhouse.

Prize Money

The tournament prize money will be paid from the European Tour Offi ce at

Wentworth following the event.

In Jessheim and around Oslo Airport Gardermoen (7 minutes away) you will

fi nd a lot of nice places to dine, from the most exclusive restaurants to the more

simple cafes. OsloNorway is only 25 minutes away and here, the capital of

you will fi nd an unlimited numbers of restaurants and bars. You can reach Oslo

by train (every 15 minute) or bus. There are also numbers of places to enjoy the

night life both in Jessheim and in Oslo.
